Your Booking
How can I get in contact with the Keith Prowse Travel Team once I have arrived?
Our team is available to contact 24/7 through our emergency contact number, provided on your documentation. For our major events, our team will be on the ground for the duration of the event, and will be able to assist you throughout your trip.
When will I receive my documents?
We send out documentation approximately 2-3 weeks before the event, however we will keep you updated before you depart. In some cases, hard copy tickets will be distributed at the event venue due to the high ticket value and security purposes. We will notify you of such instances.
Should I purchase travel insurance?
All Keith Prowse tickets & packages are non-refundable and do NOT include travel insurance within the package. Therefore, it is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance before you depart. Chat to our travel consultants for more information.
Can I alter my booking at a later date?
Subject to our Terms and Conditions, your booking can be altered. We will always do our best to make the changes you request but they can often be subject to availability. Alterations may incur additional charges.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It is always best to book as early as possible to ensure access to the best possible facilities.
Can I make a provisional booking?
Yes, we can hold most packages for 7 days if more than 45 days prior to the event and subject to availability – after that time if payment hasn’t been received the booking will auto-cancel.
How to I pay for my package?

Can you please inform me about new events and products?
Absolutely. Subscribe to our mailing list and we will keep you up to do date on our new products, upcoming deals and specials as well as inspiration for your next adventure. You can subscribe in the link at the bottom of the page.
Can you tailor your event experiences for corporate groups?
Definitely. We have a dedicated team specialising in corporate experiences. We offer experiences to a range of events and can customise and organise all aspects from start to finish to suit your requirements. Can I book a group?
We take the hassle out of booking a group holiday – and we offer some great discounts and customisable options for groups of 10 or more. Chat to our travel team to see what we can offer.
I have a disability. Can I travel with Keith Prowse Travel?
Keith Prowse Travel is committed to making travel and sporting experiences widely accessible, regardless of ability or disability. Our team is able to cater to a range of disabilities. Please speak to us about your requirements when booking and we can see how we can accommodate your needs.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
We can accommodate guests who are vegetarian and vegan and can also assist with diabetic, gluten-free and other medically-recommended diets. Please advise us at time of booking.
Do your tours and packages include airfares?
Flights are not included in our packages and tours unless specifically mentioned in the product details. Flights can be added to any of our experiences and this can be arranged through our travel consultants.
How many people travel in a tour?
Our tours are designed for smaller, intimate groups of around 10 to 15 people. You will get to meet people from across the world as you experience world-class sporting events and explore the landmarks, local culture and hidden gems of your destination.
What trip style will suit me better?
Keith Prowse Travel offers both packages options to suit those who want a bit more freedom and independence or tour options for those who want something a bit more structured and hassle-free.
Is the package price per person or per room
In general, prices are shown on a per person basis.
Can I alter a package?
Many of our package elements can be changed to suit your needs. This includes accommodation options, ticket type and additional experiences and inclusions. Chat to our team for more information.
Can I purchase tickets only for an event?
Due to our contractual agreements, we can only offer tickets within our packages and tours, and therefore cannot sell them on their own. Many of our packages are customisable to suit customer's needs, so please talk to our team and we can find the right experience to suit you.
